E-Visa Conditions

Please carefully review the following conditions before applying for an electronic visa:

1. Passport Validity
   The travel document (passport) must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the expiry date of the issued e-visa.

2. Processing Time
   The e-visa is generally issued within 4–6 weeks after the application is submitted.

3. Correct Information
   Applications containing false, incomplete information or incorrect payment will not be accepted.

4. Re-Application
   If the e-visa application is rejected, foreign nationals or stateless persons may submit a new application.

5. Non-Refundable Fee
   Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.

6. Printing the E-Visa
   The e-visa is not attached to the passport. Travelers must print the e-visa and present it together with their passport at the border checkpoint.

7. Entry Permission
   An e-visa is an initial authorization for entry and travel within the Republic of Azerbaijan. Entry may still be denied according to the Migration Code of Azerbaijan.

8. Validity of E-Visa
   The e-visa becomes invalid if it is not used within its validity period.

9. Legal Responsibility
   Individuals attempting to cross the border with forged documents or documents belonging to another person will be held legally responsible according to the law.
