SEFERTURK TOURISM – SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SeferTurk Tourism (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the individual or corporate customer (“User”, “You”). By using any service offered through seferturk.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

SeferTurk provides travel and tourism services including but not limited to:

Tour packages

Hotel reservations

Flight bookings

Airport transfers

Health tourism advisory services

Visa consultancy

Online travel-related services

All services delivered through SeferTurk or its approved suppliers.


3. Service Delivery

3.1. Digital Delivery
All service confirmations, vouchers, e-tickets, invoices, and documents are delivered electronically via:

Email, WhatsApp, User account (if enabled)

3.2. Completion of Service
Service is considered completed when the voucher, ticket, or confirmation document is delivered to the User.

3.3. Supplier Responsibility
SeferTurk uses third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). Final service execution is the responsibility of the supplier.


4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via:

2Checkout (Credit/Debit Cards)

Bank Transfer (if approved)

Cash (local customers)

4.2. Card Security & Data Protection

Credit card details are NOT stored by Seferturk Pvt. Ltd.

All card transactions are processed securely via 2Checkout’s PCI-DSS certified system.

4.3. Payment Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed when full payment is successfully processed.

4.4. Payment Failure
If payment fails, the booking is automatically cancelled, and the User is notified via email/WhatsApp.

4.5. Currency
Fees may be charged in USD, EUR, PKR, or TRY, depending on the service type.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1. General Rule
Refunds depend on supplier rules (airlines, hotels, hospitals, tour operators). Each supplier may apply different penalties.

5.2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise stated:

Airline tickets once issued

Visa consultancy fees

Hospital appointment fees

Promotional / discounted tours

No-show situations

5.3. Refundable Services
Tour packages or hotel bookings may be refundable if Cancellation is made at least 7–30 days before the service date (according to supplier policy)

Supplier approves the refund

5.4. Administrative Fee
A minimum 10–20% administrative fee may be deducted from refundable amounts.

5.5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 working days depending on the payment provider (2Checkout or bank).


6. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

Provide accurate personal information

Ensure passport validity & travel documents

Be available for supplier communication

Follow immigration, airline, and health regulations

SeferTurk is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect user information.


7. Personal Data & Privacy

7.1. User Rights
Users retain the right to:

Access their data

Request correction or deletion

Request data portability

Restrict or object to processing

Requests can be submitted via email.

7.2. Data Storage Duration
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision and legal obligations.

7.3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Personal data may be shared with:

2Checkout (payment processor)

Airlines, hotels, hospitals

Local service providers

Legal authorities (if required)

Fraud-prevention systems

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

No data is sold to third parties.


8. Changes to the Agreement

SeferTurk reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Users will be notified through:

Email, Website announcement, Updated timestamp on this page

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

Seferturk Pvt.Ltd. is not liable for:

Airline delays, cancellations, visa rejections

Natural disasters, political events, or force majeure

Supplier failures outside Company control

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User.


10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by, Laws of the Republic of Turkey, Jurisdiction, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
